During my 23 years in the public service, I facilitated a range of development events for people and organisations across the UK, Ireland and throughout Europe. I have designed, delivered and evaluated participative workshops, training courses and programmes, seminars as well as executive coaching sessions / one-to-one tuition, and conference sessions for different levels of staff. Operating as a freelance training consultant and associate since 2006 across all sectors, I continue to work directly with individuals, teams and organisations. Past participants at my events have included elected representatives, senior and middle managers, front line staff, industrial staff, charity workers, mixed learning groups, individuals with diverse needs and large conferences. As an experienced HR professional, I also continue to support in-house experts in policy development and specific HR-related projects.
